Assignment : Project Management, Planning, Scheduling, Project Monitoring and Coordination, Cost Management for the design and construction phases of the 173-key hotel development. Services include coordination between all project stakeholders, supervision of construction works, quality control and overall project management. The hotel features a comprehensive hospitality offering including restaurants, a rooftop venue, a pool terrace, a spa, a fitness center and MICE, within a contemporary architectural setting inspired by Mediterranean design.
