Project : Renovation and refurbishment of Sofitel Jardin des Roses

Client : RISMA

Assignment : Construction Management, MOEX, Planning, Scheduling, Project Monitoring and Coordination as part of the rehabilitation program of Sofitel Jardin des Roses and upgrade into a Sofitel Legend, comprising 255 rooms and suites. The project, carried out without closing the hotel, includes the refurbishment of the hotel’s flagship areas, including reception spaces, restaurants, bars, reception halls and guestrooms. The mandate aims to ensure effective coordination and management of the works in line with the project’s quality and schedule objectives.
