Project : Rehabilitation of the Lincoln hotel, built in 1916 and featuring a façade listed as a historical monument, representing a major urban and architectural redevelopment project of downtown Casablanca.

Client : Société Hôtelière Réalités – France

Assignment : Management and supervision of the design studies. Scheduling, supervision and coordination of all work packages. Monitoring of the rehabilitation works of the hotel developed over a total floor area of 13,500 sqm.
The future five-star property under the Radisson Collection brand will comprise 120 rooms and suites and will offer a full range of high-end services, including a spa and wellness area, flexible meeting and conference spaces, as well as a dining offer consisting of two restaurants and a tea lounge. The rooftop will feature a panoramic restaurant-bar, an open-air swimming pool and a fitness area.
